SharePoint Reminder Configuration

SharePoint Reminder has a comprehensive number of settings to allow you to configure it to behave in the way you require. The following sections describe those settings. You may also wish to review some example Common Scenarios for descriptions of how to setup SharePoint Reminder for some common uses.

Note - Be aware that incorrectly configuring SharePoint Reminder could result in many emails being sent out to users - please review this section carefully.

Main configuration toolpart

The main sections of the configuration Tool Pane are Watch List, Expand Recurrences, Reply-To, Email To/Cc/Bcc, Subject & Message, Send When, Send Email and Check List.

The Reminder Testing section allows you to Redirect emails that are addressed for others back to yourself for testing purposes.

The Reminder Support section allows you to enter Support Codes given to you by our technical support team and other advanced settings
