Upgrading from Version 1

If you have PivotPoint v1 you can upgrade to PivotPoint v2 without losing any existing settings.

However you will need a new license key.

• This is free for existing PivotPoint customers with an active Premium Support subscription - please send your new Installation Code and purchase details to [email protected]
• For existing PivotPoint customers who do not have Premium Support we can offer a 25% discount - please contact [email protected] to receive your discount code.

Installation Procedure when upgrading from PivotPoint v1 to PivotPoint v2.

Please check Add/Remove Program files for PivotPoint before installing V2.

If present, remove version 1 before installing the latest version.

Your settings will be saved and once PivotPoint v2 is installed all your old web parts will be visible again.
