Views

The Views section allows you to add a new column to a list’s views. This section is only shown when adding anew column, and will not display when editing it at a later date.

By default the Views section shows the following two options:

• Add to default view: adds the column to the default list view.
• Add to all views: adds the column to all the list’s views.

You are also given the option to choose which side of the view(s) you’d like the column to be added on:

In some circumstances you will see a third option:

This is displayed when you’ve selected a column, and are creating a Highlighter column with certain display types (e.g. Cell highlighting, Percent column). It allows you to replace the source column with the Highlighter column in every view (keeping the original column’s position).
