Color Picker

When you click on a color box in the Highlighter Add/Edit column page, the Color Picker will pop up:

• Clicking a color in the pallette updates the color on the page.
• Clear: Closes the  picker, and clears the color on the page. This makes the component the color applies to transparent in most cases, or the default color in the case of text.
• Click anywhere else on the page to close the picker
